Dhyan Chess Academy is hiring a proactive Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent customer service. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our students, parents, and chess enthusiasts.

Full-Time (Night Shift), Work from Office
Job Time:
11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Provide accurate information about our classes and services
Assist with enrollments, payments, and scheduling
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Support online classes, tournaments, and events when required
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English
Problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Basic chess knowledge (preferred but not required)
Customer support experience (preferred)
