Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Coordinate with customers regarding the closure of sales and provide after-sales service as well Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Gather customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Salary: Best in Industry (Just for band 15-20k)

Exp: Freshers or 1-2 years exp is best

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
