Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, providing info about product and services, resolving complaint in polite manner.
Answer customer via calls, emails, and chats.
Provide accurate information and timely support to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
Basic Knowledge of excel, google spreadsheet
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
