We are looking for a proactive and empathetic
Customer Support Executive
with
0 to 1 year
of experience who will be the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and chat support professionally and promptly.
Assist customers with queries related to products/services, processes, or issues.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Issue Resolution
Record and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Generate daily/weekly reports on common issues and customer feedback.

Process Improvement
Identify recurring concerns and suggest improvements in support procedures.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Communications, Business, or Customer Service).

Experience:
0 to 1 year
in customer service/support (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.

Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Google Sheets, and email handling.

Soft Skills:
Empathy, patience, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
