in English (additional languages are a plus). Hands-on knowledge of

Zendesk / Freshdesk

or similar CRM tools. Proficiency in

MS Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent

problem-solving

and analytical skills. Ability to demonstrate

active listening

and empathy while dealing with customers. Strong

multitasking

ability and attention to detail. Capable of handling a

high volume of customer queries

efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
