Handle daily backend and office operations.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for order and inventory management.
Make follow-up calls to clients and vendors as required.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in office coordination, customer support, or operations.
Good communication and telephone handling skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Organized, responsible, and good at multitasking.
