Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via
calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, emails, and live chat
Assist customers with
product details, size guidance, fit suggestions, and styling queries
Resolve issues related to
orders, shipping, exchanges, returns, and refunds
Coordinate with
warehouse, logistics, and internal teams
for quick resolution
Maintain accurate customer records and order updates
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
Handle customer concerns politely and professionally
Share customer feedback to help improve products and services
Skills & Requirements
Excellent
communication skills
(Hindi & English preferred)
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, order management systems)
Interest in
fashion and women's apparel
Patient, polite, and customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
women's fashion / apparel / D2C brands
Familiarity with
Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Instagram support
Knowledge of sizing, fits, and fabric basics
