Job Description

Drivestylish is an Online Car Accessories Store which provide doorstep delivery for all car accessories. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive:-

Job Responsibilities:

Attend

incoming customer calls

professionally

Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp

(orders, products, delivery, returns, etc.) Assist customers in

product selection and order tracking

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Maintain proper

call & chat records

Requirements:

Good

communication skills

Hindi & basic English

Prior experience in

customer support / e-commerce

preferred Comfortable using

WhatsApp Business, calls & basic computer tools

Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

E-Commerce: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
