Customer Support Executive

to handle customer queries, maintain documentation, and assist internal teams. Strong

Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Maintain customer records and documentation. Coordinate with teams to resolve issues. Assist with reports, MIS, and process documentation.

Requirements:



Graduation required. Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or a related role. Good

spoken and written English

MS Office, MS Excel, and presentations
