Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Follow up on pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
Process returns, replacements, and service requests.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to company service standards.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with patience.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
Knowledge of the tiles and sanitary ware industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
