Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to manage and support the renewal of cloud-based and biometric service subscriptions for existing customers. The role focuses on ensuring timely renewals, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting revenue retention. This position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience who want to build a career in IT services, cloud solutions, and customer management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end renewal process for cloud and biometric service subscriptions.
Track upcoming renewals and proactively follow up with customers before expiry.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding renewals.
Coordinate with internal sales, finance, and technical teams for pricing and invoices.
Prepare and share renewal quotes, proposals, and related documentation.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and successful renewal closures.
Update and maintain accurate customer and renewal data in CRM/ERP systems.
Handle customer queries related to renewals, billing, and service continuity.
Identify basic upsell or cross-sell opportunities during renewal conversations.
Generate renewal reports and MIS for management review.
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and retention.
