We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with their orders, verify Cash on Delivery requests, and handle return processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly with customers, provide timely order updates, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth and professional service experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach are essential, while previous customer support experience is an added advantage.
