Job Summary:
Looking for Customer Support Executives to handle lounge-access-related customer queries and bank escalations across major airports. The role involves managing
email/IVR escalations
, coordinating with lounges and banking partners, and ensuring timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer escalations via email and IVR.
Resolve lounge access, card validation, and service-related issues.
Coordinate with lounges, banks, and internal teams for closures.
Share updates on WhatsApp groups and maintain end-to-end tracking.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-4 years' experience in customer support, escalations, or operations.
Hands-on experience with IVR + email support.
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools; basic SQL is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and within strict SLAs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
