Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach. Understand clients' style preferences and guide them in choosing suitable jewellery and fashion accessories. Provide styling suggestions for special occasions, festive looks, and daily wear. Maintain deep product knowledge to explain collections and craftsmanship effectively. Support visual merchandising and maintain store display aesthetics. Build long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Coordinate with the inventory and back-office teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Desired Skills & Qualities



Excellent communication, grooming, and presentation skills. Strong sense of fashion, styling, and aesthetics. Customer-focused with a pleasant and confident personality. Prior experience in retail, fashion, or jewellery sales preferred (not mandatory). Freshers with good communication and passion for styling are welcome.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
