Roles and Responsibilities
Handling customer
calls, emails, chats, and queries
on social media platforms.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle
customer complaints
and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Engage in
sales activities
and promote products effectively.
Required Candidate profile:
Candidates must have BPO voice process experience or premium domestic processes.
Candidates must be
fluent in English.
Should be flexible with
Rotational shift and Rotational off
(70% day shift and 30% night shift).

Okhla Industrial Area, Okhla Phase-1 , New Delhi
Note: Work from the Office only
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Delhi - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
