Roles and Responsibilities
Handling customer calls, emails, chats, and queries on social media platforms.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Required Candidate profile:
Candidates must have BPO voice process experience or premium domestic processes.
Candidates must be fluent in English.
Should be flexible with Rotational shift and Rotational off (70% day shift and 30% night shift).

Okhla Industrial Area, Okhla Phase-1 , New Delhi

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
