Resolve product or order-related issues including delays, replacements, damages, returns, and refunds.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, dispatch, product team) to ensure timely issue resolution.
Track and follow up on pending customer issues until closure.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and effective service.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick turnaround.
Assist with managing reviews and feedback on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
Prepare basic reports related to customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
Expertise in CRM
Key Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling customer support for Amazon/Flipkart orders.
Familiarity with returns, logistics, and customer service SLAs.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
