Job Description

1. Work on becoming a point of contact between the customer and internal departments for all the coordination work, customer brand promotion, and accounts
2. Work on customer brand promotions by executing the agreed proposal of the customer
3. Stay in constant touch with the clients to collect their brand promotion material like logos, write-ups, articles, etc.
4. Mail the proforma invoices and collect the advances and balances from the client
5. Work on coordination with the internal marketing team like graphic designers and digital marketing team for the client's brand promotions
6. Work on regularly mailing the clients as per the discussion and requirement
7. Work on ensuring a smooth, delightful, and fruitful participation experience for the clients, Ability to negotiate effectively, and proactively handle and respond to customer objections
8. Strong interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm.
