Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages Provide accurate information about company services or products Resolve customer queries in a polite and helpful manner Maintain call records and follow up as needed Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff Coordinate with internal departments for customer solutions Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
