Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients and address inquiries.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless logistic operations.
Maintain accurate records and update databases.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
Support the logistics team in various administrative tasks.
Follow up with clients for feedback and additional service requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
