Requirements:
Excellent fluency in English (must be absolutely fluent)
Graduate or Undergraduate - both can apply
Freshers are welcome
Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in travel or customer support (non-sales) are preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries related to travel services (flights, hotels, packages)
Assist with cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and general booking support
Provide clear and accurate information on travel policies and booking details
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and post-booking support
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
