Responsibilities:
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
2. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
3.Knowledge of CRM systems.
4. Must have basic knowledge of MsExcel or Ms Word
5. Quick Learner & having catchning skills.
