We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for a Voice Process role in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately. Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and productivity. Collaborate with the team and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment. Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Minimum pass-out year: 2021 or later). Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome. Candidates must be open to working in night shifts.

Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
