JPH IT Sol. is hiring a motivated and customer-oriented
Customer Support Executive
for the UK shift. The role involves handling customer queries through various communication channels and providing effective solutions during UK business hours.
Shift Timing:
UK Shift - 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
(Monday to Friday - full-day working on 2 Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries via call, email, and chat.
Resolve product/service issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions.
Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
0-2 years of experience in customer support (freshers are welcome).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred:
Experience working with UK clients or in international BPO/KPO.
Understanding of UK customer expectations and communication style.
