We are looking for

Customer Support Executives

to help resolve queries and issues related to our projects, to ensure a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, both verbal and written and must have a customer-first mindset to handle queries efficiently.

Key responsibilities:



1. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails and support tickets.

2. Provide correct and accurate information on call and other means.

3. Coordinate with internal team members and cross-functional communication as and when required.

4. Handle queries, issues and complaints professionally and escalate when need arises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
