Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails and support tickets.
2. Provide correct and accurate information on call and other means.
3. Coordinate with internal team members and cross-functional communication as and when required.
4. Handle queries, issues and complaints professionally and escalate when need arises.
