We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is fluent in English and can handle both written and voice-based communication with customers. The ideal candidate should be able to draft clear, professional email responses, resolve customer queries through calls and chat, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and the capability to understand customer issues and provide timely solutions. Experience with customer support tools, ticketing systems, and a polite, service-oriented attitude will be an added advantage.
