Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Order Management:
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Stay informed about product updates, features, and promotions.
Communication:
Maintain clear and concise communication with customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues.
Documentation:
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding common customer issues and trends.
