We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our branded courier team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, tracking shipments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats related to shipments, tracking, delivery status, and service issues.
Provide real-time updates on parcel status and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
Coordinate with internal logistics, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Record and maintain accurate customer interaction logs in CRM systems.
Assist customers with booking shipments, documentation, and billing queries.
Follow up with customers post-delivery for feedback and service quality.
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in customer service in courier.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred:
Experience working with logistics software or tracking platforms.
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
