Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client requests, including document attestations and corporate services
Drive revenue growth by converting leads into paying clients and achieving monthly/quarterly targets
Conduct outbound follow-up calls with high-priority corporate clients when required (approximately 20% of the role)
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in all client interactions, documentation, and reporting
Manage vendor relationships, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and external agencies for document processing and client support
Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection regulations, and service standards
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1+ year of experience in corporate client servicing, account management, or operations
Proven ability to convert leads and drive revenue
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in vendor coordination, process management, and third-party service handling is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and document management tools
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
