Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and process compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Experience: Freshers are eligible (Contractual role).
Skills Required:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Good grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
Work Schedule & Benefits
Shifts: Evening & Night (Rotational).
Working Days: 5-6 days per week.
Cab Facility: Provided (Pickup & Drop for night shifts).
