We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing IT team!If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in customer support (preferably in a tech environment), we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Provide first-level support for IT/software issues
Log and track tickets using CRM or helpdesk tools
What You'll Need:
6 months to 1 year of customer support experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to troubleshoot and multitask
Familiarity with CRMs or ticketing systems
Basic IT/software understanding is a plus
Bonus if you've supported SaaS products or IT services before!
