- CSD Job Title: Executive Customer Support About the Roles: Toll Free - Enquiry Handling the toll free calls and note it down there requirement in respective manner and explain about easy install and registration of AF App details and forwarding the client requirement details to the HOD as a Sales enquiry. Handling customer complaints actively and ensuring it\'s resolved on time. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support Service calls: Managing service calls as register or assigning (compliant / service/ installation /PMS/ Estimation calls/ AMC/ ASC) Complaint calls: Toll free / post complaint calls - Managing and rectifying the issues of (unavailable or out of stock / commitment of early dispatch/ service not to be done on time / no first call resolution / Same equipment gets problems..etc Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Handling all service calls and making sure the services have to be done on Time. Managing Order for CSD review Handling complete verification according to the sales person, Logistics and account updates - and doing cross checking for the payment mode and PO details if anything not to be updated we will be hold the order, and recheck the details to concern department, while the proper document was updated with in company policies, finally we will be approve the order validation. Handling welcome call to inform about the equipment is dispatched, LF app and toll free registration details Maintaining record - Toll free - In daily basis Pending calls reports mail sent it to the BTH and CSD HOD Estimation calls Follow up: After sending quotations, we have to make follow up calls for quote approval updates. Once done the approval sends the details to the concerned sales person. Handling the Feedback Call pending to get proper feedback from the client and update the same in CRM Maintaining a pleasant working environment
