Interact with customers on multiple channels - phone, email, livechat/whatsapp.
Locate products, check stock availability, arrange collection/ delivery and process exchanges (include store exchanges)
Handle complaints, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, pricing enquiries, voucher use, gift registry etc
Knowledge on Sales Order management and Invoicing in order to quickly relate to customer on their orders.
Handling online exchanges as well as edit/cancel orders. Able to address customer's product issues. Able to perform and arrange exchanges that may need to execute offline.
Create manual Sales Orders as and when necessary or upon customer's request
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
Freshers/Experienced any graduate Diploma/Degree can apply
Experience in e-commerce would be good
Experience in fast paced and high volume environment
