Job Description

- Interact with customers on multiple channels - phone, email, livechat/whatsapp.
- Locate products, check stock availability, arrange collection/ delivery and process exchanges (include store exchanges)
- Handle complaints, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, pricing enquiries, voucher use, gift registry etc
- Knowledge on Sales Order management and Invoicing in order to quickly relate to customer on their orders.
- Handling online exchanges as well as edit/cancel orders. Able to address customer's product issues. Able to perform and arrange exchanges that may need to execute offline.
- Create manual Sales Orders as and when necessary or upon customer's request
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
- Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
- Freshers/Experienced any graduate Diploma/Degree can apply
- Experience in e-commerce would be good
- Experience in fast paced and high volume environment
