  • Interact with customers on multiple channels - phone, email, livechat/whatsapp.
  • Locate products, check stock availability, arrange collection/ delivery and process exchanges (include store exchanges)
  • Handle complaints, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, pricing enquiries, voucher use, gift registry etc
  • Knowledge on Sales Order management and Invoicing in order to quickly relate to customer on their orders.
  • Handling online exchanges as well as edit/cancel orders. Able to address customer's product issues. Able to perform and arrange exchanges that may need to execute offline.
  • Create manual Sales Orders as and when necessary or upon customer's request
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
  • Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
  • Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
  • Freshers/Experienced any graduate Diploma/Degree can apply
  • Experience in e-commerce would be good
  • Experience in fast paced and high volume environment
Salary: Rs. 8000 - Rs. 15000 (Take Home)
