We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

to manage pre- and post-purchase interactions, support walk-in studio sales, and ensure a smooth, satisfying experience across all customer touchpoints.

This is a long-term role, and we are specifically seeking candidates who can commit to at least 1 year.



Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, phone, or chat Assist customers with product inquiries including features, pricing, and availability. Provide quotations and assist with purchase decisions Resolve pre-purchase concerns such as product compatibility or customization options Address post-purchase issues like installation support, defects, returns, or replacements Manage warranty claims, repair, and replacement requests professionally Gather and relay customer feedback to improve overall experience Maintain an active CRM and sales funnel to track interactions and pipeline progress Sell products in-studio by engaging walk-in customers and offering tailored solutions

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:



Excellent spoken and written English Fast and accurate typing skills Strong customer service and communication skills Flexibility to work weekends or odd hours Sales experience is a bonus Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting

Compensation And Benefits:



Salary: 15,000-22,000 per month (based on experience) Health insurance and paid sick time
