Customer Support Executive - Chat Process



Key Responsibility Area:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat. Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about products and services. Document customer interactions and maintain customer records. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Strong written communication skills. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Proficient in using computers and chat software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,700.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
