Process: Chat Support (Customer Support - Non-Voice)

Work Hours: 6 hours per day

Shifts Available:

Morning Shift

Afternoon Shift

Salary: ₹12,000 In-Hand | ?15,000 CTC

Eligibility:

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Excellent written communication skills in English

Typing speed with accuracy preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat support in a professional manner

Provide accurate and timely information to customers

Ensure resolution of issues within defined timelines

Maintain customer satisfaction and follow communication guidelines

Escalate unresolved queries to concerned departments when required
