Our company is an ecommerce company. Our company sells mobile cover online. Our company has its own website from where customers order goods online.
We need a caller who can call these incoming orders. The purpose of this call is that the orders which we have to send to the customers should be cross checked once. This is just a confirmation calls.
Note: There is no sales target in it 1. For order confirmation:It is informed to the customer that he has placed this order and we are sending it. 2. Product editing: Sometimes at the time of confirmation on call it is found that the customer wants to make some changes in the selected item. Like changing the color, changing the model of the selected product 3. address editing: Sometimes the address given by the customer is incomplete due to which there may be issue in delivery of the product. We have to rectify this by checking it at the time of call. 4. Multiple quantity: Many times the customer books many things on COD. In such a situation, sending him many things at once can be harmful. We have to talk to the customer and send him less quantity or we have to take some advance payment from the customer.This way we know that the chances of the goods being sent back are low and will not cause any harm to us. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our Requirement : 1. We need a good or avarage English communication.(Must)
2. Good Computer knowledge (Excel, internet knowledge, fast work speed).
3. Full knowledge of computer.
4. A person with good learning ability, Decent. -------------------------------------------
Job Conditions: 1. office timing: 9AM to 6Am
2. Lunch Timing: 1:30PM to 2:10Pm (40minute)
3. Leaves: 1.5 leaves in a month
4. No Gazetted-Holiday - No holiday on 26th jan, Lohri,15th aug, 2oct etc (except Holi & Diwali)
5. 7-Days working (Monday to sunday) : Because you will work on Sunday, so for this the company gives you 2 options
(A) You can take a week-off(leave) in the coming next week.
(B) If you do not take week off and come to office, then you will be paid for that day.
6. 7-days paid training period: We will teach you to complete the work in 7 days, but if you fail in this, you can be fired by paying the money for the number of days you have worked.
