Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an Inbound US Voice/Non-Voice process. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities for sales and upselling.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls/chats from US customers professionally
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information on products and services
Promote and upsell relevant products/services during customer interactions
Resolve customer queries and objections effectively
Update customer details and interactions in the CRM system
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times
Eligibility & Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience in customer service or sales is preferred (freshers may apply if skilled)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in US rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays)
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
