Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or support systems
Provide accurate information about services, processes, and timelines
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
