Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and chat. Provide accurate information about products, orders, returns, and deliveries. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with a positive attitude. Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for order-related concerns. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:



Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset. Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
