Customer Support Executive

to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience through calls, chats, and messages.

Responsibilities



Handle inbound customer calls and messages Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Maintain customer records and follow service guidelines Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements



Minimum qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills in

Hindi (English is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle customers professionally Freshers can apply

1-4 years

Work Schedule



12 hours shift

Rotational shifts (if required)

Pay: ?10,736.18 - ?26,085.05 per month
