Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide timely, accurate, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain customer records and update the system with relevant information. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs. Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred, but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
