Key Responsibilities



Assist customers via phone or email regarding queries and service requests. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide accurate information. Communicate effectively in both

English and Hindi

to resolve customer issues. Meet daily performance targets and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria



Education:

Graduate in any stream (10% of slots available for Undergraduate Freshers).

Languages:

Must be fluent in both

English and Hindi

Experience:

Freshers

are welcome to apply.

Experienced

candidates must have a background in

BPO

to be eligible for the higher salary bracket.

Location:

Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Salary & Benefits



Freshers:

?18,000(Take Home) ?23,000(CTC)

Experienced (BPO):

?22,000(Take Home) ?26,000(CTC)
