Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive (Chat + Voice)

Process: Hyperlocal - Flipkart

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

Handle 80% chat and 20% voice customer support

Resolve queries efficiently in English & Hindi

Maintain professionalism and accurate records

Escalate issues as needed in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Education: Graduate (any discipline)

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi

Assessment: Versant-4, minimum score: 5

Experience: Open to freshers & experienced

Salary:

Freshers: ₹19,000 CTC / ?15,000 in-hand

Experienced: ₹23,000 CTC / ?20,000 in-hand

Shift: Rotational

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
