We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team at Accurex. This pivotal role involves spearheading customer relationship initiatives to align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic development and execution of customer-centric programs, ensuring alignment with our overall goals and fostering positive client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and approvals for pick up etc to be coordinated
Ensuring customer gets feedback on faulty kits within TAT
Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. Follow up with QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
Going on field for solving the complaints
Claim Settlement
Qualifications
- B.SC MLT/DMLT
Experience
- 1 year +
