As a Warehouse Manager at HealthSense, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Graduation from a recognized institution
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques and tools
- Ability to use Google Sheets or similar software for data organization and analysis
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory)
As a Warehouse Manager at HealthSense, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implementing and maintaining effective inventory management practices, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Supervising and leading warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure a high-performing team.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Utilizing Google Sheets or similar tools to track and analyze inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and operational performance.
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficient workflows to enhance warehouse operations.
- Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various warehouse functions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and coordination
- Proficiency in using technology and software for inventory management and data analysis
