Attica Gold company hiring Customer support exectuives in banglore with multiple language. The customer support executive function includes all communication with customer, both proactive and reactive daily. The role will include inbound and outbound calling. The communication and follow up to resolve the queries include the following, 1. Making out calls and managing consumer queries 2. Immediately resolving escalations and issues 3. Assisting in refunds processing 4. Reaching out to customers for experience dipsticks and for assessing improvements 5. Updating order related information 6. The function includes learning and using calling tools such as Exotel and others, as and when the organization decides to use them. 7.Above notwithstanding, the executive appreciates that the role will evolve from time-to-time basis needs of the organization and passion areas of the executive. 8.
