Job description \xc2\xb7 Create and update training materials, including guides, manuals, presentations, videos, and online courses, tailored to customer needs and the company\'s products or services. \xc2\xb7 Conduct training sessions through various mediums, such as webinars, online zoom, google meet, or one-on-one coaching sessions. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate customer training needs and adapt training content accordingly to meet individual or group requirements. \xc2\xb7 Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company\'s products or services, including new features, updates, and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Gather feedback from customers and make improvements to training materials and methods based on their input. \xc2\xb7 Maintain records of customer training sessions, including attendance, progress, and outcomes. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to training materials or customer understanding of the product. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training materials and methods align with product development and customer support efforts. \xc2\xb7 Focus on improving customer satisfaction and product adoption by ensuring customers are well-prepared to use the product effectively.
