Interact with potential customers through e-mail , telephone calls , what\xe2\x80\x99s app and through other social media Follow up on sales enquiries made by customers through e-mail , inbound calls and what\xe2\x80\x99s app Actively sourcing sales opportunities through cold calls Understand and advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs Conduct virtual meetings to build relationship with new customers if required Send quotations Processing customer purchase order and ensure timely delivery of ordered product Maintain long lasting relationship with existing customers and after sales service Previously processed orders to be contacted Previous non-service enquiries to be contacted Maintain customers details in the prescribed format Should have product knowledge Should have good communication skill , negotiation skill and convincing skill Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Pay: 915,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
