Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for banking and benefits support customers
Resolve customer queries related to banking services and employee benefit programs
Ensure compliance with banking and data security guidelines
Maintain high call quality, customer satisfaction, and process adherence
Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on pending cases
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong understanding of banking and benefits support processes
Comfortable with hybrid work model
Willing to work rotational shifts if required
